Switches In Instrument Panel, Removing and Installing

CAUTION:
Before beginning repairs on the electrical system:
- Obtain the anti-theft radio security code.
- Switch the ignition off.
- Disconnect the battery Ground (GND) strap.
- After reconnecting battery, re-code and check operation of anti-theft radio. Also check operation of clock and power windows according to Owners's Manual


Switches In Instrument Panel, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove radio.







- Pull trim -1- downward using hole -2-, and remove from opening.
- Disconnect electrical connections for switches in instrument panel.
- Release 6 grey retainer pins for switches by pulling lever -3- downward.
- Push switches out toward front of vehicle -arrow- and remove via radio opening below.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal.
