Notes:
^ Each malfunction has an assigned 5-digit Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). The DTC is found in the left column of the DTC table. The DTC and malfunction condition are printed out by the printer of the VAG1551, by pressing the PRINT button. DTCs are not shown on the display of the VAG1551.
^ Contents of DTC memory remains until erased.
^ Sporadically occurring malfunctions are also recognized as such and "/SP" appears in the display.
^ Static malfunctions, which are not recognized when the vehicle is only standing, are recognized after switching ignition OFF and then ON again.
^ The following are all the malfunctions, listed sequentially by DTC, which are recognized by control module -J104-, are indicated on VAG1551 and can be printed out on the printer.
