Note:
^ Always replace seals
^ Do not reuse fluid you have drained.
^ Hydraulic fluid. Pail No. G 002 000
^ When replacing Me power steering pump always check alignment of the pulleys for A/C compressor and power steering pump.





1. Screw and washer assembly, 22 Nm
2. Bracket
3. Socket head bolt, 22 Nm
^ Rear mount for power steering pump to bracket
4. Bushing, slotted
^ Used to balance out tolerances
5. Expansion hose
^ Power steering pump - steering gear
^ Note installation position:
- Angle -a- : approximately 75°
6. Banjo bolt, 47 Nm
7. Seals
^ Always replace
8. Intake hose
^ Power steering pump - power steering fluid reservoir
^ Note installation position:
- Angle -b- : approximately 90°
9. Banjo bolt, 47 Nm
10. Power steering pump
^ Before installing, fill with power steering fluid
^ Check delivery pressure
11. Shims
^ Choose shims so that pulleys for A/C compressor and power steering pump align.
^ Check alignment of ribbed belt.
12. Belt pulley
13. Socket head bolt, 22 Nm
^ Use 3212 special tool to counterhold when loosening or tightening
