Note: For DTC 00526 / P0703:
^ This malfunction is pre-set when the ignition is switched on and then canceled when the brake pedal is pressed for the first time, provided that the brake light switch -F- is OK.
^ Before checking DTC memory, press the brake pedal briefly to cancel the pre-set malfunction.
