Description of On-Board Diagnostics

System description
The tire pressure monitoring system is a fourwheel system and is used for continuous monitoring of tire pressure both during vehicle movement and with the vehicle stationary. It assists the driver in checking the tire pressures selected and provides warning signals on the instrument cluster in case of loss of tire pressure. The system consists of the following components:
^ Control module -J502-
^ Tire pressure sensors -G222- to -G225-
^ Tire pressure monitoring system antennas -R59- to -R62-

Note: The Allroad does not carry a standard spare wheel. This so-called Emergency Spare is not equipped with a sensor and therefore not integrated into this system.
