Electrical Height Adjuster On Seats With Upper Part Of Seat Laser-welded To Seat Rail (new Version), Replacing

NOTE:
- New shoulder pin, nut and plastic toothed segment are included in delivery.
- New microencapsulated bolts to secure the sail to the height adjuster gearing are included in delivery.
- Move seat as far to front as possible.
- Remove side trim on sill side.
- Loosen shoulder pin, nut and gear lever at height adjuster gearing.
- Remove shoulder pin.
- Remove both microencapsulated bolts at sail to height adjuster gearing.
- Fold seat fully toward front.
- Remove height adjuster gearing.
- If damaged, replace white plastic toothed segment.
- Clean threaded holes on height adjuster gearing.
- Installation of the height adjuster gearing is the reverse of removal.

NOTE: Threaded holes for screws must always be cleaned (for example, with thread cutter).
