Mode 9:Vehicle Information

As of software version H4, vehicle specific diagnostic data such as e.g. the control module versions will be displayed in this diagnostic mode.

Test requirement:
- No DTCs in DTC memory; check DTC memory See "Mode 3: Check DTC memory". Diagnostic Mode 3: Check DTC Memory

Work procedure
- Connect diagnostic tester. Diagnostic Tester, Connecting
- Switch ignition on.
- In diagnostic function "33 - OBD", select "Mode 9: vehicle information".
- Via the following table, select the desired vehicle information according to Test-ID (Test Identification).
