AFFECTED VEHICLES





CONDITION
^ Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may be illuminated.

^ DTC P2106 18538 (Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power) is stored in the ECM data memory.

Improved software for the engine control module.

SERVICE

1. For LEV 1 vehicles, write down the long coding.

Tip: The flash process will delete all codings.

2. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.





3. Update the ECM using the SVM action code as listed in the table above if necessary.





4. IMPORTANT: After performing the flash, manually enter the long coding you wrote down earlier. Accept Byte 3's change from 06 to 09.
