Spring Mat With Wiring Harness In Seat Pan, Removing And Installing

- Fixture for seat repair VAS 6136







1 - Cable tie
- Qty. 2
2 - Spring mat with wiring harness

- Removal:
- Remove seat.
- Mount the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136 on the engine and transmission holder VAS 6095.
- Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136.
- Remove side trim on sill side.
- Remove side trim on tunnel side.
- Remove the backrest.
- Remove drawer.
- Remove cover and padding from seat pan.
- Remove cable ties - 1 - (Qty. 4)
- Disengage spring mat - 2 - at - A - positions (Qty. 2).
- Disengage spring mat - 2 - at - B - positions (Qty. 4).
- Tip seat pan to side.
- Disconnect connectors - 3 -, - 7 - and - 8 - (Qty. 3).
- Disconnect connector - 11 -(Qty. 2).
- Remove screw - 10 -.
- Remove wiring harness at clips - 4 - and - 5 - (Qty. 4).
- Remove spring mat with wiring harness - 2 -.

- Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal.
