Vehicle Information
Condition
For vehicles exhibiting all of the following conditions:
- Extended cranking during initial (cold) engine startup.
- The engine always starts, but with a longer than normal cranking time (3+ seconds).
- No DTCs stored.
- Condition cannot be duplicated with engine warmed up.
- Vehicle does not exhibit other drivability concerns.

New software in Engine Control Module J623.
SVM Update Instructions
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the Engine Control Module (J623) using the SVM action code as listed in the table if necessary.
