Centering sleeves (A and B)








Cylinder Head





Tighten NEW cylinder head bolts in four stages in sequence shown as follows:
Tighten using a torque wrench:
1st stage 30 Nm
2nd stage 60 Nm

Tighten with a normal fixed wrench:
3rd stage 90° (1/4 turn) further
4th stage 90° (1/4 turn) further


Camshaft Bearing Cap








Install bearing caps 3, 5 and 7 in accordance with identification markings.

Tighten bearing caps 3, 5 and 7 of intake and exhaust camshafts in stages and in diagonal sequence.
