RNS-E Navigation System Telephone Transceiver

- If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault-Finding" routine.

Use the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) to do so.

- Turn off all electrical components.

- Remove ignition key.

Removing

- Remove right A-pillar trim..

- Remove right front seat.

• Safety belt on seat frame must not be loosened.

- Fold back the floor mat.

- Release electronics box cover - arrows - and remove it.





- Disconnect connectors - 1 - and - 3 - on Telephone Transceiver (R36) - 2 -.





- Pry Telephone Transceiver (R36) - 2 - out of E-box.

- If present, remove Bluetooth Antenna (R152).

Installing

- Install in reverse order.
