ATF Pump Component Overview

• Some of the depicted components are part of component groups and are not available separately as replacement part.

• Before assembling, check components of ATF pump for wear and damage. Refer to => [ ATF Supply ] ATF Supply.

• Before assembling, check components of clutch "C" for wear and damage. Refer to => [ Clutch C ] Clutch C.





1 Shaft seal

• Replace

2 Locking washer

3 O-ring

• Replace

4 ATF pump housing

5 Ring gear

6 ATF pump wheel

7 Positioning sleeve

8 Intermediate panel

9 O-ring

• Replace

10 ATF pump housing

11 Outer lamella carrier "C"

12 Recessed bolt

• Tightening sequence => [ Tighten ATF pump screws as follows: ] ATF Supply Housing With Stator Shaft

13 Bolt

• Tightening sequence => [ Tighten ATF pump screws as follows: ] ATF Supply Housing With Stator Shaft

14 Stator shaft

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Stator Shaft ] Stator Shaft

15 Recessed bolt

• Tightening sequence => [ Tighten ATF pump screws as follows: ] ATF Supply Housing With Stator Shaft

16 Rectangular rings

• Replace

17 Rectangular ring

• Replace

18 Axial needle bearing
