Vacuum Diaphragm For Turbocharger, Removing And Installing

Removing







- Remove securing plate - 1 - over linkage on turbocharger.







- Loosen lock nut - 2 -.
- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger - 3 -.
- Remove vacuum diaphragm - 1 - from turbocharger - 4 -.


Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
- Vacuum diaphragm for turbocharger, adjusting
- Install turbocharger

Torque specifications

Vacuum diaphragm to turbocharger 10 Nm
Lock nut to linkage 9 Nm 1)

1) Secure lock nut with sealing wax
