Work Procedures Legend

Sanding






- Wear away weld seam with a grinder around material application.

NOTE: The weld seams must be sanded so that the panel strength of the exterior panels is not or only slightly weakened.

Set an Edge
- To perform an overlapping weld.

Perforate
- To perform a gas-shielded arc plug weld later.

Drill






- To perform a gas-shielded arc plug weld later or drill out spot welds (original connection).






Sanding
- Removing paint on hard-to-reach areas (e.g. interior roof frame) with brush VAS 5182.
