Front Door Window Frame Adjustment Dimensions






1 - Window frame

• For correct door adjustment, sealing lip must make clean contact to contours at roof frame and at B-pillar, see arrows.

2 - Door window

• Adjust door until the result is dimension - d - = 4 mm in area - c - = 365 mm.

• Dimension - d - can be checked further using door adjusting template (T40038/4).

• Dimension - b - of rear door edge starting at - B - pillar = 200 mm.

3 - Window frame

• The door window - 2 - must, dimension - a - = 7.5 mm -1 mm, fit into the window frame on the B-pillar.
