Condition
When using the hands-free phone preparation, the driver can clearly hear people on the other end of the phone, but the driver's speech cannot be heard by callers.
Technical Background
Poor alignment of the microphone in the dome light assembly.
Production Solution
New microphone and new dome light assembly beginning with 2010 model production.
Service
Install new microphone and dome light assembly. (See Required Parts and Tools section below.)
