Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Counter-Holder Tool (T10069)

Removing

• Transmission removed.

- Mark dual mass flywheel position to crankshaft for reinstallation.

Risk of destroying dual mass flywheel.

• Remove bolts - B - by hand, not with and air-powered or impact wrench.

• When removing bolts, ensure bolt head does not come in contact with dual mass flywheel.

• Rotate dual mass flywheel - A - so bolts - B - are centered to holes - arrows -.







- Remove dual mass flywheel by counterholding on vibration damper bolt with (T10069).





Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Dual-Mass Flywheel Component Overview ] Dual-Mass Flywheel Component Overview.

Installation is in reverse order or removal.
