Cover with Oil Separator

Removing





- Remove crankcase ventilation hoses. Refer to => [ Crankcase Ventilation Hoses ] Service and Repair.

- Remove left lower section of the intake manifold.

- Remove upper coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] Upper Coolant Pipe.

- Remove bolts - arrows -.





- Remove high pressure line bracket and oil separator - 1 -.

Installing

• Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Oil Check Valves and Separator Assembly Overview ] Oil Check Valves and Separator Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Replace the gasket.

- Install upper coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] Upper Coolant Pipe.

- Install left lower section of the intake manifold.

- Install crankcase ventilation hoses. Refer to => [ Crankcase Ventilation Hoses ] Service and Repair.
