HID Lamp Control Module

• Adjust the headlamps after performing any work that could have affected their adjustment.

Removing

CAUTION!
Danger to life due to high voltage.

- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) cable. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

- Remove headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp ] Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp.

- Remove bolts - arrows -.





- Pull high-intensity gas discharge lamp control module off from headlamp housing.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ HID Headlamps Assembly Overview ] HID Headlamps Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Check seal between high-intensity gas discharge lamp control module and headlamp housing.

- Install headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp ] Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp.

- Connect battery. Required actions => [ Vehicles with : ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

- Adjust headlamps after installing.
