Condition
^ Radio turns on and off while driving
^ Clock in radio sporadically does not work
^ Door locks actuate while driving
Technical Background
Sporadic disruption of S-contact due to lubricant on the contact surface.
Production Solution
The S-contact is improved with modified lubricant that has better electrical conductivity and improved viscosity. In addition, 100% microscopic inspection is in place.
Service
Replace ignition switch.
