CONDITION

^ MIL on..

^ DTC P054A and/or P054C (Cold Start "B" Camshaft Position Timing Over-Advanced, Bank 1/2) are stored in ECM memory.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Software update needed.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION

New software in the control module (J623) addressed the condition.

SERVICE

1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.





2. Update the ECM using the SVM action code as listed in the table above if necessary.
