Front Door






E-Box Engine Compartment, Main Fuse Panel and Door Cut-Off Connector Overview

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.






1 Engine Compartment E-box

With fuse panel A (SA).

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Engine Compartment E-Box ] Engine Compartment E-Box.

2 Relay and Fuse Panel In Engine Compartment E-box

With fuse panel B (SB).

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Relay and Fuse Panel In Engine Compartment E-box ] Relay and Fuse Panel In Engine Compartment E-Box.

3 Suppressor (C24)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Suppressor (C24) ] Removal and Replacement.

4 Nut

7.5 Nm

5 Nut

7.5 Nm

6 Battery Jump Start Terminal (U6)

7 Right Door Cut-Off Connector

Disconnecting, refer to => [ Door Cut-Off Connector ] Door Cut-Off Connector.

8 Main Fuse Box

In rear right of luggage compartment on battery.

With fuse panel D (SD)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Main Fuse Box In Right Rear Of Luggage Compartment On Battery ] Main Fuse Box In Right Rear Of Luggage Compartment on Battery.

9 Left Door Cut-Off Connector

Disconnecting, refer to => [ Door Cut-Off Connector ] Door Cut-Off Connector.

Tightening specification, wires to E-box engine compartment





- Tighten the nuts for the electrical wires - 1 through 6 - to 7.5 Nm on the conductor rail in the E-box engine compartment.

Tightening specification fuse panel D (SD)





1. Electrical wire - 7.5 Nm

2. Nut - 9 Nm

3. Nut - 9 Nm

4. Fuse panel D (SD) inside the luggage compartment

5. Electrical wire - 7.5 Nm

6. Electrical wire - 7.5 Nm

7. Battery Interrupt Igniter (N253). Refer to Airbag, Servicing in Description and Operation.

8. Positive wire to the engine - 15 Nm
