Left Mount for Impact Member for Vehicles through MY 2012

Removing






- Remove the front bumper cover.

- Remove the side impact bar => [ Impact Member, Vehicles through MY 2012 ] Impact Member, Vehicles Through MY 2012.

- Remove the headlamp washer system spray nozzle.

- Mark the installation position of the bracket to the lock carrier for installation later.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.

- Remove the locating bolt - 1 -.

- Tip the impact bar bracket - 2 - on the lock carrier out and remove it.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Impact Member Assembly Overview for Vehicles through MY 2012 ] Impact Member Assembly Overview For Vehicles Through MY 2012.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Tighten the impact bar bracket according to the marking made during removal.

- Install the headlamp washer system spray nozzle.

- Install the impact member. Refer to => [ Impact Member, Vehicles through MY 2012 ] Impact Member, Vehicles Through MY 2012.

- Install the front bumper cover.
