Seat Rail Spindle Cover

• The following describes removing and installing the seat rail (sill-side) from the driver seat. For the sake of clarity, the figure does not show the surrounding area.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing






- Bring headrest into lowest lock position.

- Move seat as far back and up as possible.

- Pry the spindle cover - 1 - from the seat rail cover - 2 - and seat forward/back adjustment spindle using the (3409).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Make sure the spindle cover is engaged correctly.
