Oil Pump Remove and Install
REMOVING AND INSTALLING OIL PUMPRemove oil pan. Service and Repair
Remove sprocket (1).
Detach oil pump at crankcase.
Detach oil pump at holder.
Important!
Spacers (2).
Installation:
Loosen holder, position and tighten with out tension.
Installation:
Adjust tightness of chain with shims (1 and 2), that chain can be pressed in under light thumb pressure.
Important:
Watch position of shims (1) with an oil bore.
Shim (2) must have same thickness as shim (1).
