Throttle Housing Removal

1. Drain cooling system into suitable container so that coolant can be reused.
2. Disconnect accelerator, transmission and cruise control cables from throttle lever, as equipped.
3. Disconnect air, coolant and vacuum hoses from housing, noting position for installation.
4. Disconnect electrical connector from throttle switch.
5. Remove 4 nuts securing throttle body, throttle body and gasket, then discard gasket.
6. Reverse procedure to install using new gasket between housing and manifold.
7. Refill and bleed cooling system.
