REMOVING AND INSTALLING OUTPUT SHAFT







Lift out lockplate (1).
Unscrew nut (2).


Installation:

Lubricate bearing surface of nut with oil.
Tightening torque.
Replace lockplate.







Disconnect output shaft on final drive and
suspend with a piece of wire.

Installation:

Tightening torque. Specifications






Press out output shaft with Special Tool 332110, (Use spindle 332 111, bridge 332 112, threaded element 33 2 113 and two wheel bolts.)







Pull in output shaft with Special Tool 332 110, by first screwing in spindle 332 114 completely; using bridge 33 2 112 and nut 334042.






Knock in lockplate with Special Tools 33 4 050 and 00 5 000.
