Air Delivery Control - Troubleshooting Procedures

COMPLAINT VERIFICATION
Go to "Functional Check of the Heating and Air Conditioning System" for a guide to normal operation. System Check of the Heating and Air Conditioning System

TROUBLESHOOTING
Perform the following checks before doing the System Diagnosis.
1. Check that LH and RH Fresh/Recirculating Air Relays are firmly seated.
2. Check that LH and RH Fresh/Recirculating Air Relay pigtail connectors are properly mated.

If OK:
Go to System Diagnosis for diagnostic tests.

SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
Perform the tests below if the Fresh/Recirculating Air Flap Doors do not operate.





Test A: Fresh/Recirculating Air Flap Door Motor Voltage Test





Test B: Fresh/Recirculating Air Relay Voltage Test





Test C: Control Switches Voltage Test
