SUBJECT: Fuel Pump Relay Operation
MODEL: 750iL
Situation: Operating power from the fuel pump relay may be briefly interrupted during idle and low speed operation.
When 750iL vehicles are brought to the workshop for any reason, check the vehicle production date and if necessary the production codes on the fuel pump relays.
Affected
Range: 750iL vehicles with a production date of June 1989.
Production
Codes: Replace any fuel pump relay with white stamped production codes of 2389, 2489, 2589.
