Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

Air Mass Meter Location:

Air Cleaner Assembly:

1. With the ignition OFF, disconnect the air mass meter electrical plug and loosen the two intake hose clamps.
2. Remove the intake hose.
3. Loosen the air cleaner mounting nuts and lift out the air cleaner assembly with the air mass meter.
4. Remove the screws attaching the air mass meter to the air cleaner.
5. Check the manufacture code number and product date for proper match.
6. Reinstall the air mass meter in reverse manner
