OVERHAULING WATER PUMP

- WATER PUMP REMOVED -






Pull off hub (1) with Special Tool 00 8 500 Remove circlip (8).






Press out water pump bearing.






Drive out seal (4).

Installation:
Press in seal (4) with Special Tool 00 5 550.






Replace bearing (3) end seal (4).
Check impeller (6) replacing if necessary.

1 = Hub
7 = Water pump body

Installation:
Press in bearing (3) against stop.
Press on impeller (6).
