Distributor Cap: Testing and Inspection

Distributor Cap:

WARNING: Radiator fins will cut your hands.

1. Remove the radiator cooling fan.
2. Remove the ignition wire suppression connectors from the distributor cap.
3. Remove the distributor cap retaining screws.
4. Carefully inspect the interior and exterior of the distributor cap for signs of cracks and burns. Replace as necessary.
