Solenoid Valve, Gear Selection

Solenoid Valves

Four solenoid valves are fitted in the valve block. One valve serves as the actuating mechanism for the clutch (proportional valve, clutch). Two others perform the gear shift movement (proportional valves EV1 and EV2). The fourth performs the selection movement (selection angle brake solenoid valve) and at the same time serves as a pressure relief valve for the hydraulic system.

Brief description of components
The solenoid valves are hydraulic valves that are controlled by an electromagnet.

The three proportional valves have a DC resistance of between 5 and 10 Ohms.

The selection angle brake solenoid valve has a DC resistance of between 2.5 and 10 Ohms.
