Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front seat Removing and Installing Left or Right Front Seat
- Remove both rear panels Removing and Installing/Replacing Both Rear Panels on Left or Right Front Seat Backrest (Comfort)
- Remove inner cover Removing and Installing/Replacing Inner Cover on Left or Right Front Seat (Comfort)
- Remove active head restraint support Removing and Installing/Replacing Head Restraint Mount on Left or Right Front Seat (Comfort)





Bend shaft (1) in direction of arrow.
Pull shaft (1) out of gear (2) and remove.
