Ignition Switch: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Ignition Switch

Remove upper section of steering column trim.
Remove lower section of steering column trim.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Loosen screws (1).
Move fixture (2) for wiring harness slightly.

Remove sealing varnish and release headless setscrews (1).
Detach ignition switch (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation:
Secure headless setscrews with sealing varnish.
