SITUATION

The customer complains that the Service Engine Soon lamp is illuminated. When diagnosed, FC 29DA Crankshaft sensor, segment adaptation is stored in the DME fault memory. The vehicle does not exhibit any drivability issues.

Do not perform any repairs at this time.

Please submit a PuMA case with "DME FC 29DA Crankshaft Sensor Adaptation" in the subject line. Information provided in the Case will be analyzed and a repair recommendation will be provided.
