Clicking, Whirring From Headlining

Repair instruction for clicking or whirring from headlining
If the mounting clips of the headlining have the current build date, clicking or whirring can occur at the headlining.

Repair instruction:
1. Remove the headlining.
2 Remove the clips used so far and use new clips with BMW part number 51 44 7 123 304.
3. Cut felt pieces with BMW part number 65 77 1 377 052 to shape as shown in the illustration and bond into the clips.
4. Carefully mount the clips and make sure that they snap into place correctly in the roof frame.
