Fault Symptom Overview: TCU 1.5 MOST + ULF-SBX-H-MOST Parallel Installation
Perceived symptoms are available for the following problem groups:
- Bluetooth pairing and connection
- Telephone operation (insufficient voice quality, poor reception quality, ...)
- Telephone functions (phone book, contacts, SMS text message, expanded functions, ...)
- Connected Drive, telematics, emergency call and online services (Online, Internet)
- Charging the mobile phone, snap-in adapter (if installed)
- ULF-SBX-H-MOST: Repair, programming, maintenance, pre-delivery check
- TCU 1.5 MOST: Repair, programming, maintenance, pre-delivery check
- USB connection in centre console
- SVS voice processing system (if installed)
General notes on the use of a mobile phone in the vehicle

- No more than one minute must elapse between switching on the mobile phone and PIN input in the mobile phone.
- If it is necessary to enter a PIN when switching on a mobile phone, then where possible, enter the PIN before switching on the ignition in the vehicle.
- With complex problems not shown in the compatibility matrix, switch off the mobile phone. If possible, remove the battery, wait for a short time, then switch it back on and reconnect it to the vehicle. Cause: Mobile phone software can crash or hang up.
