Resetting the Annual Distance Driven

Resetting The Annual Distance Driven

Resetting the annual distance driven
The adaptation of the annual distance driven can be reset. Thereafter, the adaptation starts from the beginning. After approx. 6-8 weeks, the new adaptation is concluded.

The distance traveled within this period is used for calculation of the distance driven in an entire year. This value is required for calculation of various CBS values.

The adaptation starts with a starting value of 30 000 km/year. Deviations to the distance driven are then learned in the period mentioned above.

Resetting during the handover inspection is necessary because the vehicle might under certain circumstances have been immobilized for a longer period. The immobilization period results in an unrealistically low annual distance driven.
