MODELS AFFECTED: 5.0L V8 ENGINES (VIN CODE Y & 9)


NOTICE: This bulletin supersedes bulletin 83-124. Please discard original bulletin and replace it with this one.

Buick bulletin 83-124, file group 60 #31, advised that 5.0L engines (VIN Code Y) were being built with R46SZ spark plugs and .060" gap. This information was incorrect.

These engines are being built with spark plug R46SX and .080" gap.
