MODELS AFFECTED: 1988 REGAL


Owners of 1988 Regals may experience a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle while it is in motion. This may be caused by the rear brake cable rubbing on the wheel and/or wheel weight.

This condition was eliminated in production effective with the VIN indicated below:

If this condition is encountered on a vehicle prior to this VIN, it may be repaired by replacing the appropriate rear park brake cable with the new cable listed below:
