Assemble

1. Install pump slide into pump pocket.

2. Install slide seal support (349), and seal (350) into slide.

3. Align side with pivot hole, then install pin (345).

4. Insert vane ring into pump pocket, then install rings and rotor into pocket.

5. Install vane ring into top of rotor, then O-rings (346 and 347).

6. Install auxiliary valve as follows:

a. Install switches (335 and 338), solenoid (333), oil seal (337) and bolt (334).

b. Install orifice control valve and spring, then install spring retaining pin (304).

7. Install gasket, then connect auxiliary valve body to control valve. Torque bolts to 8 ft. lbs.


8. Assemble all valves, springs, bushings, bore plugs and roll pins as shown.
