CRUISE CONTROL MODULE USAGE (PART INFORMATION)

MODELS AFFECTED:
1992 ROADMASTER SEDANS

There are two (2) different Cruise Control Modules used on 1992 Roadmaster Sedan models.

Early 1992 model sedans up to VIN Number NR421429, use P/N 25075216. This application does not use a wire in module connector pin location "G". Also note that the two cruise brake switches are connected in series.

For the 1992 model sedans after VIN Number NR421429, use P/N 25075213. This application has a yellow wire in module connector pin location "G". Also note that the two cruise brake switches are each separate inputs to the cruise module.

If the incorrect part is used on a vehicle, this may contribute to difficulty in diagnosing a system problem.
