1. Disconnect cruise control servo connector and repeat test 7, 8, 9 and 10, Fig. 47.
2. If resistance is now open, check the cruise control servo connector and cruise control module connector for corrosion between terminals. If OK, repair shorted wire.
3. If resistance is still low, check servo terminals for corrosion.
