Front Door Window Electric Regulator Assembly:

Tool Required:
M 30910 Heavy Duty Rivet Gun

Remove or Disconnect

1. Water deflector.
2. With window in full-up position, tape window to door frame.
3. Lower sash bolts.
4. Punch out center pins of rivets holding regulator to door inner panel.
5. Using 1/4 inch drill bit, drill out rivets.
6. Move regulator and motor assembly rearward and remove electrical connector.
7. With regulator in door, drill out regulator to motor rivets using a 3/16 inch drill bit. Remove motor.

Install or Connect

1. Motor.
2. Using M 30910 rivet motor to regulator using 3/16 inch rivets or 3/16 inch nuts and bolts.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Regulator and door inner panel using 1/4 inch rivets.
5. Lower sash bolts.
6. Water deflector.
7. Tape from window.
