Programming the Receiver

Sedan:

Wagon:

1. Reposition rear compartment trim assembly to access the programming connector located at the left of the rear compartment, for sedan.

2. Remove the right back body pillar finish panel to access programming connector, for wagon.

3. Ground the programming connector by connecting two terminals together.

^ Door lock assemblies and rear compartment lid lock assembly or end gate window solenoids will cycle indicating receiver assembly is in program mode.

4. Program both transmitters together.

A. Press any button (only once) on each transmitter.

C. Door lock assemblies and rear compartment lid lock assembly or end gate window solenoids will cycle once confirming that each transmitter code is programmed.

C. Any transmitter codes that were previously programmed have been erased.

D. Receiver assembly is now programmed to each transmitter assembly.

5. Disconnect the programming connector.

^ System will now operate if ground connection is not removed.

6. Verify operation of each transmitter assembly.

7. Reposition rear compartment trim assembly, for sedan.

8. Install right back body pillar finish panel, for wagon.
