Horn: Description and Operation

Battery voltage is applied at all times to the Horn Relay at terminals "B7" and "B9". When the Steering Wheel Center is pressed, the contacts in the Steering Wheel Inflator Module close providing a ground to the Horn Relay. The Horn Relay contacts close, applying battery voltage to the horns (two with wagon, four with sedan). The horns continue to sound until the Steering Wheel Center is released.
