Control Valve Body Inspection






1. Inspect the control valve body for the following:
^ A damaged or rough pump shaft bearing
^ Casting porosity
^ Interconnected oil passages
^ Damaged machined surfaces
^ Foreign material
2. Inspect the solenoids for the following:
^ Cut seals
^ Bent connectors or broken wires
^ Cracked or damaged plastic housings
^ Foreign material
3. Inspect the valves and bushings for the following:
^ Wear
^ Nicks
^ Scratches
4. Inspect the springs for damaged or distorted coils.
