Sunroof Module

Remove

1. Position sunroof in the fully closed position.
2. Headliner.
3. Electrical connectors from actuator and express module.
4. Front drain hoses from sunroof housing.
5. Rear drain hoses from sunroof housing.
6. Four sunroof module bracket to side rail bolts.
7. Six sunroof module to roof bolts.
8. One sunroof module at actuator bracket bolt.
9. Sunroof module from vehicle through door opening.

Install

1. Sunroof module to vehicle through door opening.
2. One sunroof module at actuator bracket bolt.

Tighten
Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).

3. Six sunroof module to roof bolts.

Tighten
Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).

4. Four sunroof module bracket to side rail bolts.

Tighten
Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).

5. Rear drain hoses from sunroof housing.
6. Front drain hoses from sunroof housing.
7. Electrical connectors to actuator and express module.
8. Headliner
9. Open and close sunroof to recheck operation.
10. Adjust sunroof as necessary.
